RIVET MACHINES PROVIDE AUTOMATIC FEEDING CAPABILITIES

AIM Joraco can now offer new presses to those customers requiring a delicate rivet machine – our new line of rivet machines are based on our standard line of Toggle-Aire® presses. Each unit offers the same reliability and ease of maintenance, and allows our existing customers the convenience of dealing with the same vendor offering interchangeable parts between the rivet machines and pneumatic press line.

Our Model 1030-R can handle tubular rivets and eyelets up to a 3/8” diameter in soft steel or brass. The Model 1530-R can be used for heavy applications such as stainless-steel.

The rivet machine offers an automatic hopper feeder with large bowl capacity, it is a fully pneumatic press integrated with AC powered cam-belt driven rivet heads, it has non-binding/jamming feeding heads, a standard SS-DM-18 Anti-Tie Two-Hand actuator with the option to upgrade and has the standard Toggle-Aire® features.
