All Joraco Press Company equipment should be operated with filtered and lubricated air. The use of a pressure regulator is also strongly recommended. They allow more efficient and productive press utilization. Our FRL unit incorporates an easy-to-read dial, and extends the life of the press valving. Uses standard air tool oil for Lubricator. 

Joraco Press’s One Shot Lubrication (OSL) System is available as an option on all presses and rotary indexer systems. This system lubricates all critical points of operation with just one pull of the pump plunger.

The Adjustable Stroke (0-4.5″) and Hard Stop (ASH), is available with our Direct-Aire series presses. This Option allows the operator to set the depth of stroke and set a hard stop for applications where the die-set and/or tooling does not have them built in. The ASH option adds height to the press as shown.

Regardless of line pressure to the press system, this EZ-Dial Force Regulator (EZD) Option controls the force output of the press via a simple 270 degree sweeping dial. It allows for setting a max or min force, as well as an operator lockout tamper resistant option. Accurate and repeatable force applications, 1% Full Scale.

Joraco Press J-Series Die Sets are designed for use in moderate stamping, fabrication, and assembly applications. They are ideal for use in our presses and many other small presses of all types. They feature all steel CNC-construction, with standard shoulder bushings and precision ground surfaces and guide pins. Optional shank diameters and guide pin lengths are available, as well as special die sets of all types. 

TAT Series Press Stands (TT) are rugged, universal machine bases for use with all small presses and machinery. Joraco Press Company press stands are completely built with no assembly required. Fabricated in our plant with quality materials, they are available with a variety of optional tops including Blanchard ground steel and cast aluminum tool and jig plate.

We use aluminum extrusion and polycarbonate sheets as standard, but we can also accommodate your specific material requests.

Easy, Convenient Ram Depth Setting with New Ram Adjustment Handwheel (HW)

If you’ve ever spent your precious time looking for the wrench and screwdriver used for setting the ram depth on your TOGGLE-AIRE® presses, or would just like to have a quick and easy way to adjust the Ram across the full range of adjustment, our new optional RAM ADJUSTMENT HANDWHEEL (HW) is just what you need. The handwheel makes ram adjustments almost effortless and provides a better “feel” when setting the depth of your tools. Tool setters and/or maintenance personnel will find this a great addition to your TOGGLE-AIRE® presses.

Available on all New Presses or as a Retrofit Kit

The RAM ADJUSTMENT HANDWHEEL (HW) option is available on all new TOGGLE-AIRE® presses, regardless of capacity. It is also available as as retrofit kit which can be easily installed on your existing presses, with just a few minutes required for the changeover. The retrofit kits come with the handwheel and new JP11 HW, ram adjusting screw for use with the handwheel, and a new ram adjusting screw lock nut. Kits are available for standard and fine ram adjustment styles. 

Locks Off Air Supply To Press – For Safe Maintenance Adjustments.

The KO Accessory is a key operated shut-off valve for use on all Joraco Press Series Models and equipment, as well as on other pneumatic devices that require a key operated shut off.  Although all Joraco Press Company presses come with our standard “Padlock” supply shut off, this option allows maintenance personnel to make minor adjustments by locking off the air supply with a key device mounted right on the press. The key is retained in the lock when the valve is in the “ON” position and can only be removed in the “OFF” position. It is available in either "Keyed Alike" or "Keyed Differently" versions, and works well with any non-flammable, non toxic, non corrosive gas except oxygen.

The Key Operated Shut-Off Valve has a heavy gauge steel main enclosure which is factory sealed to maintain lockset and valving integrity. The valve body is die cast aluminum and the spool, stem and spring and spring components are stainless steel. The valve itself is a 3-way type that bleeds the line downstream when it is in the “OFF” position. Seals are Buna N material. These construction features, plus its versatility and high CV, make the KO Accessory a great option for a wide range of applications.

The SYNCHRO-SIG™ Series Model SS-PB Two Hand, Anti-Tie Down Actuator is one in a series of actuators manufactured by Joraco Press Company, for use on all Joraco presses and equipment.  As is the case with all of our  actuators, it is a direct replacement for any of the earlier versions of Synchro-Sig Series units found on our presses.  The SS-PB retrofits to any Joraco Press Series, regardless of age, and immediately provides the operator with a “State of the Art”, ergonomically engineered, anti tie down actuator.  The actuating “buttons” found at each end of the unit must be simultaneously depressed to provide a signal to your press.  When one or both buttons are released the output is terminated.  Both buttons must then be totally released before the unit will allow another signal to the press.  The operator’s hands remain in the “neutral” position when cycling the actuator because the palms of the hand are used to depress the buttons.

SYNCHRO-SIG™ In Use:

The SYNCHRO-SIG™ Series Two Hand, Optical Touch Controllers are the newest members of the SYNCHRO-SIG™ Series of controls. They are direct replacements for earlier models and are designed for use on all Joraco Press Series regardless of age. The SS-OT 18 and SS-OT 24 are ergonomically engineered, “state-of-the-art” controls that reduce operator fatigue because no physical pressure is required for operation. This helps eliminate the hand, wrist, and arm stress associated with mechanical push buttons.

Optical touch “buttons” are located at both ends of the SS -OT and two indicator LEDs are incorporated in each button. One LED lights when the unit is powered and ready for operation. The second lights when the button is actuated. This optical unit has an ambient light immunity of 120,000 lux (direct sunlight) and is highly resistant to both single and mixed EMI and RFI interference sources. It runs on low voltage and the wall mount power supply provided is for the actuator only. No changes are needed to existing valving.

The main enclosure is made of heavy gauge steel and is factory sealed to maintain the integrity of the internal controls. The optical buttons have black polysulfone outer housings and the electronics inside the buttons are fully epoxy encapsulated.
