 The TOGGLE-AIRE® Model 1011 RT Rotary Indexing Machine couples the reliabililty and accuracy of our toggle action presses with a multi-station pneumatic indexer to form a fully pneumatic rotary assembly machine. The indexer incorporates a hydrocheck to insure smooth, positive indexing. All control components are standard industrial products designed to be easily operated and maintained. The units can be ordered with many variations in center distances, tooling plates, strokes, etc. to suit your application. Tooling plates are interchangeable allowing multiple job use on one machine with very easy changeover. Also available in two press versions, with bowl feeders, tooling, and other optional equipment.
