16-ton Toggle-aire Press – Most Compact Benchtop Press On The Market!

Smithfield, RI, April 26, 2017 – Our featured press Model 3530 TOGGLE-AIRE benchtop pneumatic toggle press is truly the most compact 16-ton press on the market today. The Model 3530 is capable of producing over 36,000 lbs. of force at 100 psi. It operates on 50 To 125 Lbs. of air pressure with a repeatability of +/- .001″ and capable of up to 80 strokes per minute. It has low air consumption and a controlled squeeze to over 20,000 Lbs. at 100 psi. There are replaceable bronze/PTFE bushings used throughout the entire linkage and the 8” x 10” precision ground bolster plate is removable to accommodate tooling requirements. The Model 2530 and 3530 include the One-Shot lubrication system as standard and all AIM Joraco presses include our Synchro-Sig Anti Tie-Down 2-Hand Controller (SS-PB-18), because safety is of utmost importance. All our TOGGLE-AIRE presses are now CE Marked for sale in Europe too.
