Rotary Indexing Machine Features 24v Control With Self-diagnostics
A compact, benchtop, 6-station rotary indexing machine that features a low voltage control system with fully adjustable operating parameters and self-diagnostics is being introduced by Joraco, Inc. of Smithfield, Rhode Island.
The Toggle-Aire® Model 2000LC is a 6-station rotary indexing machine that only requires 23” x 8” of bench space and is equipped with a pneumatic press that provides ram repeatability and ram-to-station accuracy of *0.001”. Featuring a new 24V logic control system, it has fully adjustable index and ram speed, up/down stroke, indexer or press only mode, an adjustable dwell timer at each station, batch counters, totalizers, and self-diagnostics.
Available in ½-, 3-, and 5-ton versions, with or without tooling, the Toggle-Aire® Model 2000LC features solid, one-piece construction with the indexing mechanism built into the cast iron mainframe of the press and a ram safety guard that shuts off the machine if it is hit or misplaced. The logic controller has a 2-line LCD display and an easy operator interface.
